It’s been 15 years (!) since Katharine McPhee won our hearts on American Idol, and we’ve had McPhever ever since. We’ve followed the singer-songwriter-actress’ career from her starring roles on Smash, Scorpion, Broadway’s Waitress (just to name a few), and all her stunning albums that came in between. So it was a pleasure to get the opportunity to sit down over Zoom video and chat with the new mother, as well as charming actor Eddie Cibrian, about their heartwarming Netflix series Country Comfort.
