Fernanda Urrejola is carving her own path through Hollywood, over the past few years appearing in such favourites as Party of Five, Blue Miracle, Narcos: Mexico (pulling off a successful Mexican Spanish accent as the wife of Diego Luna’s Félix Gallardo), and now, once again playing a Mexican woman in Clint Eastwood’s Neo-western Cry Macho. We recently sat down over Zoom video with Chilean actress Urrejola, quite naturally, from Chile. Urrejola spoke at length about filming *that* scene in Narcos: Mexico, (and if you haven’t seen this Netflix series, please watch immediately!), as well as her leading role in Cry Macho and shared extremely positive experiences of working with the legendary Eastwood. And while her initials may be F.U., she is about as warm and welcoming as they come.
