In the new charming Netflix series Dash & Lily, Dante Brown and Troy Iwata play the wise beyond their years advice givers to the titular leads (played by Austin Abrams and Midori Francis, respectively). On screen, they’re both magnetic scene stealers and off screen, they’re multi-talented stars on the rise, with Brown recently having released his new single ‘Reappear’ (under his artist name DanteThePoet), and Iwata having recently released his delightful mockumentary Superpower(less). I was thrilled to have the opportunity to sit down (over Zoom video) recently with Dante Brown and Troy Iwata to talk about their roles in Dash & Lily.
