Gemini Award winner Natasha Henstridge has plenty of experience in dramatic roles and has settled into her performance on the Floyd Kane Nova Scotia-set series Diggstown, especially during this pandemic season. And recent Canadian Screen Award winner Crystle Lightning, who was so brilliant in Trickster, has a recurring role in Diggstown for season three. Lightning, also a DJ, has experience working on both sides of the border and fits so well into the series, ostensibly about lawyers and the law, but really about much more. Because their personal arcs seem to be truly intertwined, we spoke with this dynamic pairing on the Diggstown press day a few months ago. They both truly embody class and flair and this translates into a really complex and smart series.
