Amanda Seyfried has played some of the most memorable (and adored) characters on screen in every single genre (see the Mamma Mia films, Jennifer’s Body, Les Miserables, HBO’s Big Love, Mean Girls) and now she can be seen in David Fincher’s Mank delivering a career-best performance as silent film star Marion Davies. During the recent Netflix press junket, I had the exciting opportunity to speak over Zoom video with the (fingers crossed!) Oscar contender about her favourite moments on set and the performance she’s most proud of.
