Adapted from Simon Mawer’s international best-seller (The Glass Room), The Affair is set in 1920s Czechoslovakia and stars Carice van Houten (Game of Thrones) and Hanna Alström (The Kingsman franchise), as best friends who harbour forbidden romantic feelings for one another and follows the pair as their relationship is tested through various obstacles during the Second World War.
I recently had the exciting opportunity to chat over Zoom video with The Affair stars Claes Bang (who plays Viktor, Alström’s character’s husband in the film) and Hanna Alström about how they easily bonded on set, and their experiences working with co-star Carice van Houten.
