Chatting over Zoom video with actress-musician (and all around sweetheart) Laura Marano has been one of my biggest highlights of the year. For the twenty minutes that we spoke, I forgot all about COVID-19 and the depressive fog the past eight months have brought on, because Marano has the ability to brighten anyone’s day instantly (and she definitely did mine).
